What Is A LAPL?
Limited Availability Product Licence
covers the recording of musical works from the vast resource of songs
from the MCPS on to audio-only and audio-visual productions for the purpose
of presentation to non-paying audiences or restricted distribution to
the public for private use (including some forms of sale). It is not available
to companies or individuals whose day-to-day activity involves the commercial
use of music. The licence is restricted to cover a maximum of 500 copies
of any one production. It would not be possible to obtain top-up licences
for productions that exceed this limit.
What Is Dubbing?
Dubbing is the copying of a sound recording
from one format to another. Copying music from a commercial format such
as a CD, cassette etc. on to your wedding video requires the permission
of two licensing agencies. One which pays the owner or copyright administrator
of the musical work being dubbed (MCPS) and the other pays the company
that produced the CD, cassette etc. from which the work is being copied
(PPL).
CD-Replication available:
1,000 in spindle $599.00 per 1,000 with full color imprinting.

HOW TO ORDER:
1st.
Call us for a quote. In the printing business, there are many custom ways
to order, so it's not like ordering a widget. We love to take on a more
personal approach as oppose to you just "ordering" through the
web. Life has become so automated, so we decided to head back to the basic
1 to 1 human approach.
2nd. Our rep. will assist you on how to properly send
the files/setup using our templates/FTP. That way, we can be sure it will
be right the first time.
3rd. Upload the file to us and we'll confirm that we
received and reviewed it. A PDF proof will be provided free of charge.
We will then expediting your project for immediate printing.
4th. All that's left is payment instructions, and we
can do that over the phone with your credit card information. Simple -
non technical - and oh SO EZZY.
